• Rear quarter: approximately 112 lb packaged; allow 4–5 cubic feet.
• Front quarter: approximately 140 lb packaged; allow 5–6 cubic feet.
• Half share: approximately 252 lb packaged; allow 8–11 cubic feet.
• Whole share: approximately 504 lb packaged; allow 15–22 cubic feet.

Weights, cut yields and freezer needs are estimates; every animal is different. The final balance is calculated from actual hanging weight.
