Con Ternura's focaccia is stretched by hand into the pan, dimpled, drenched in olive oil and topped with garlic and cheese before it goes in the oven. The top comes out golden and crisp, the inside soft and open, and the bottom fried in oil the way focaccia is supposed to be.

It is made with a short list of real ingredients: flour, water, salt, olive oil, garlic and cheese. No preservatives, no dough conditioners, nothing you would not use at home. Olive oil is the fat here, not a seed oil.
