Raw orange blossom honey from Fantozzi's hives, made almost exclusively from the nectar of orange blossoms. It is light gold with a distinct citrus perfume and a clean, floral sweetness that makes it a natural on crackers and cheese, in tea, drizzled over yogurt, or in baking.

Fantozzi hand-extracts at low temperature and bottles in small batches, never heating or ultra-filtering. The pollen, enzymes and antioxidants that raw honey is valued for stay in the jar. Raw honey has been used for centuries as a food and a traditional soother for sore throats and coughs.

Thomas Fantozzi grew up on a family farm, started two hives in 2017 after a beekeeping class at Cal Poly, and now runs hundreds of hives out of Patterson, right here in the Central Valley.
