Lavender Bloom Lotion Bar

The bedtime bar. A calm, unfussy dose of lavender over tallow and mango butter, with no honey.

A lotion bar is solid at room temperature and melts on contact with skin. Because there is no water, there is no emulsifier and no preservative. It is the simplest honest way to make a lotion. Grass-fed tallow brings vitamins A, D, E and K in a form skin recognizes; mango and cocoa butter add cushion; jojoba and vitamin E finish it.

There is no honey in this one, which makes it the bar to reach for during pregnancy or for anyone avoiding bee products.

How to use

Warm the bar between your palms and rub it onto dry skin. Keep it in its tin, out of a hot car. 45 g bar; runs eight to twelve weeks of regular body use.

Ingredients: grass-fed beef tallow, organic cold-pressed mango butter, organic cocoa butter, organic virgin coconut oil, organic beeswax, cold-pressed organic jojoba oil, vitamin E oil (mixed tocopherols), organic lavender essential oil.
