About this product

Glossy trailing vines that produce vivid red tubular flowers pushing out of dark buds — hence the name. Aeschynanthus is a hanging-basket plant that actually blooms indoors, and it blooms repeatedly through the warm months.

Light: Bright indirect. Light is what drives the flowers.
Water: Keep lightly moist during the growing season, easing off in winter. It appreciates humidity — a bathroom or kitchen window suits it.
Grows: Trailing, best displayed high where the flowers hang at eye level.

Potted in classic terracotta.

Pet safe — non-toxic to cats and dogs. Potted by Plant Patience in Oakdale, California.
