Maui Nui sticks are made from wild-harvested Axis deer, fermented three days and smoked over real wood, the way a meat stick was made before shortcuts. The deer are invasive on Maui, harvested at night in the field with no stress and no feedlot, and processed on a mobile USDA unit within the hour. No nitrates or nitrites added except those naturally in celery.

The Original is a straightforward blend of spices with just enough brown sugar to round it out. Mild enough for kids, satisfying enough that most adults grab two.
