About this product

The classic Southern French herb blend, mixed fresh. It belongs on anything that goes in the oven.

Herbes de Provence is the dried-herb mix of the French countryside: marjoram, savory, thyme, tarragon, basil, chervil, rosemary, fennel seed and a little lavender. Oaktown's version is salt-free and blended in small batches, so the herbs still have their oils and smell like a hillside instead of dust. Rub it on chicken, toss it with potatoes, stir it into a stew or a pot of white beans.

  • Sunday roast chicken
  • Roasted potatoes, carrots and squash
  • Ratatouille, lamb, and long-cooked stews
