Real banana bread is a simple thing: ripe bananas, flour, eggs, butter or oil, a little sugar, baked slow until the middle sets. Candelo's makes it with organic ingredients in small batches, and what is on the shelf came in that day. It is dense, moist and tastes of banana first, not sugar. Slice it for breakfast, toast it with butter, or pack it in a lunch.
