Cold brew is coffee steeped in cold water for many hours instead of hot water for minutes. The result is naturally lower in acid and bitterness, which is why people whose stomachs argue with hot coffee often get along with it. Terranova makes theirs from USDA and CCOF certified organic beans at their Sacramento roastery and bottles it as a concentrate, so one gallon becomes roughly two gallons of finished coffee. This is concentrate, not ready-to-drink.

How to use

Cut it roughly 1:1 with water or milk over ice, then adjust to taste. It also makes a strong base for coffee cocktails and a good substitute for espresso in a latte. Keep refrigerated and use within a couple of weeks of opening.
